Rapid Transformational Therapy (or RTT) is a hybrid therapy known for its efficiency in discovering the root of a client’s issue and helping them let it all go for good. Anxiety, stress, a lack of self-esteem and addiction are just a few of the many issues that RTT can help with. Rapid Transformational Therapy and hypnosis has worked for millions of people It is both simple and effective. The therapy works with your subconscious. The part of the mind that has been programmed in your informative years. In your early years, your beliefs are formed and downloaded into the subconscious taking control and driving us throughout our lives.
Rapid Transformational Therapy goes beyond traditional hypnotherapy, it helps diagnose what works best with a client to build a more effective therapeutic approach.
Rapid Transformational Therapy was developed by English therapist Marisa Peer. Rapid Transformational Therapy is influenced by and calls upon the best aspects of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming, healing, psychotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy to form a completely unique, powerful and potentially life changing technique. RTT uses such techniques as hypnosis and hypnotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy and neuro-linguistic programming. This has seen an impact on people’s lives with such disorders as eating disorder, depression, anxiety and those with addictions and those who are struggling to lose weight.
Rapid Transformational Therapy is able to help much quicker than other techniques. Most people will only need the one session to understand the root of their issues and to let go of the thing troubling them for good. More complex issues can take slightly longer, but no more than at least three sessions.

Rapid Transformational; Therapy How It Works
Rapid Transformational Therapy enables people to communicate directly with their subconscious mind – which is where most issues, mental blocks and limited beliefs lie. RTT accesses the core root of the issue, which leads to an understanding of why and when it happened. This enables the therapist and the client to work together and find a process of helping the person to finally let go of the issue for good. This in turn will enable the client to look forward with a positive outlook and live the life that they want.
There are three types of change from Rapid Transformational Therapy – and remember that every person is different:
- Immediate: You feel immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviour during the session
- Incremental: You see changes to your persona every day or over a period of time.
- Retroactive: No changes straight away but and then one day you will suddenly look back and see changes to your life and your personal well being
Rapid Transformational Therapy is goes beyond hypnotherapy, but hypnotherapy in itself is not dangerous or frightening. It is an excellent way to establish and fix the person’s problems and issues at the root cause. Always choose a registered therapist, who will ensure a safe and scare free environment. And remember you can never be made to do anything that you don’t want to do.
